Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

If production has already commenced on a custom-made order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been received, any applicable payment gateway fees or administrative costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
