These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Orca Marketing online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

However, colours, dimensions and product appearance may vary slightly.

4. Orders

Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orca Marketing reserves the right to decline or cancel orders where pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity occur.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through PayFast.

Orca Marketing does not store customers' credit or debit card information.

6. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping and Delivery Policies.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

8. Custom Products

Custom-manufactured products may not be cancelled or returned once production has commenced unless required by the Consumer Protection Act.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orca Marketing shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products supplied.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
