We currently deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.

Processing Times

Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Custom-made products may require additional manufacturing time before dispatch. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be communicated to the customer before production begins.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery destination.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Where available, customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
